HY 330 Landmarks of Civilization

Does not satisfy the requirements for a B.A. or minor in history. Occasional lab time is required. Also listed as HU 330. Fulfills General Education Area II Humanities. This course covers the classical world to present. It is a review of selected examples of human kinds creative achievements in drama, literature, philosophy, art, and music. This course is designed to demonstrate the integration of human knowledge. It stresses expository writing and critical thinking.
