HY 313 Revolutionary Europe

(Fulfills General Education Area IV History). (Satisfies the European requirement for a B.A. or minor in history as well as elective requirement for the minor and Non-American History for a B.S. in Social Science.) This course is a study of the background and the events of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Period (1789-1815). Emphasis is placed on the revolutionary wellsprings of the contem-porary Western world.
