BI 320 Human Nutrition

(Fulfills General Education Area III Natural Science). This course explores nutrition within the context of human biology. Emphasis is on the relationship of the various classes of nutrients and their biological role in health, growth, development, and disease prevention. For biology majors (all options), this course may be applied as an Area V natural science elective, but it shall not be applied as a Professional Course Requirement Elective.
