BI 315 Fermentation and Microbial Technology

Co-requisite: BI 315 lab. This course will cover the basics of food fermentations and their applications in small scale industry with a focus on the products produced by local companies. The co-requisite lab will emphasize microbial techniques used by food fermenters.
