BI 313 Bioinformatics

(Fulfills General Education Area III Natural Science). This is a survey course intended to introduce the student to the field of Bioinformatics. It discusses the use of, and concepts behind, current bioinformatics tools in fields such as molecular biology, biochemistry, and phylogenetics.
