Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSM)

Students will learn the most reliable and cost-effective ways to source services and materials, construct and manufacture products, orchestrate inventory, and move products to customers, as well as basic strategies and techniques for collaborating with supply chain partners for overall supply chain optimization. Businesses today are increasingly global and the innovations in information systems/information technology are reshaping manufacturing, transportation, inventory control, customer relationship management, supply chain management, and planning/forecasting demand for product and services. The program includes the integration of operations involving the movement of raw materials for production to ultimately providing finished goods to consumers across the globe.
