HPE 350 Adapted Physical Education and Sports

Recommended for Physical Education majors only or approval of instructor. A course designed to provide students with the information necessary to understand, evaluate, and develop programs of physical activities to meet the special needs, interests, and abilities of exceptional children and youth. Class will interact with exceptional students at field sites. Course includes Lee v. Macon Positive Behavioral Supports and Makes Sense Strategies training as required by the Alabama State Department of Education.
