ACM 630 Contract Negotiations and Incentive Contracts

Explores, analyzes and discusses negotiation concepts and techniques, and places them into practice using negotiation simulations and/or case studies.  Explores best practices in contract negotiations as well as negotiation ethics and conflict resolution, methods and styles of negotiation, legal terminology associated with contract negotiations, and incentive contracts.
