ACM 620 Contract and Sub Contract Formulation

Studies in-depth and pre-award phase of the federal acquisition process.  Discusses acquisition planning and strategy, contract types and applications, source selection procedures and alignment of competitive methods or sole/single-source vendors, and integration and coordination of subcontracts with the prime contractor.  Examines management problems from the perspective of the contracting office, requiring activity, course, Congress, and contractors.
