Examines in-depth post-award contract management problems associated with contract administration. Covers bid protests, contract change orders, constructive changes, unilateral and bilateral changes, appeals to agency boards and federal courts, terminations for default and convenience of the government, and various alternative methods of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
