ITE 430 Computer Networking and Interconnecting Devices

This course introduces students to the essential technologies and practices of today’s interconnected world. Beginning with the principles of digital citizenship and online communication, students explore hardware and software selection, digital security and ethics, network devices and topologies, data management, program and web development, and technology career pathways. Through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, students learn to evaluate, implement, and maintain personal and small-office networks and to make informed technology decisions for home, school, and work.
