RE 308 Essentials of Biblical Studies

This course should be taken by all religion majors who lack pre-professional hours in Religion. This course will provide students who are preparing for graduate studies or those who want to know about the field of biblical studies an overview of the field. There are no prerequisites for this course. The course will contain discussion of biblical content, methods used to interpret biblical text, and some very basic information about biblical language and manuscripts.
