OHSM 373 Hazard Analysis and Regulatory Compliance

This course is a study of employer and employee rights and responsibilities regarding the Occupational and Safety Health Act. Employer responsibilities as it relates to the general duty clause and OSHA record keeping requirements to maintain governmental compliance will be examined. The identification of hazards and their utilization to correct OSHA standards related to general industry applications will be covered.
