MU 411 Recording Studio Operations

Recording Studio Operations will delve into best practices for profitably running a recording facility.  Students will develop clear guidelines for studio usage, including session setup and teardown procedures.  Topics such as efficient scheduling and equipment handling will be addressed, along with submitting proper paperwork with accurate session information and tracking details.  Client relations, inventory management, equipment maintenance, data backup measures, and policy enforcement mechanisms will also be discussed.
