FIN 356 Real Estate

(Approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a pre-license course) A course designed to give students a broad understanding of the principles of real estate. Instruction includes historical background, freehold estates, leasehold estates, deeds, transferring of interest, financing, appraising, and the Alabama Real Estate License Law.
