The Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management prepares graduate students for numerous managerial opportunities in the field of human resources. Students completing the program will acquire the knowledge and skills to lead complex and diverse organizations of all sizes by using comprehensive knowledge and applied competencies of human resources, risk management, human capital strategy, and employee relations to build cultural competence and drive effective performance management. A concentration is required for the program. Each concentration option is aligned with a highly marketable industry credential.
EACH STUDENT MUST ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR KNOWING THE ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEGREE THAT IS BEING PURSUED.
Program components for the Master of Science degree with a major in Strategic Human Resource Management:
Students earning the Master of Science (MS) degree with a major in Strategic Human Resource Management must satisfy all general University requirements for graduate programs and meet all financial obligations before a degree is awarded.
